Steps to Create ABC ID
1. Open DigiLocker & Login
https://accounts.digilocker.
https://accounts.digilocker.
2. Click on SEARCH DOCUMENTS
3. Go to EDUCATION Section
4. Click on ACADEMIC BANK OF CREDITS
5. Click on APAAR ID
6. Enter Your detail & Click on Get Document
Your Detail will be created and will be shown in your Issued Document

Steps to Create DEB ID
1. Go to deb.ugc.ac.in
2. Click on Get Deb ID
Or click on URL:- https://deb.ugc.ac.in/
3. Enter our ABC ID & Click on Enter
4. Fill your Email, Mobile Number & Declearation Check Box
5. Click On Submit Button
Your DEB ID will be created
